The support you deserved from day one

Kin Society is Australia’s curated community for mums, dads, and the people who care for their children.

Built around real events, genuine connection, and the kind of support network that doesn’t dissolve when the group chat goes quiet.

WHAT WE ARE

Your modern parenting community

The hospital sends you home with a baby and a pamphlet. The mothers’ group starts six weeks later. The group chat peaks, then fades. And somewhere between the sleepless nights and the first day back at work, you realise the village everyone talks about never quite materialised.

You are not alone in that feeling. But you shouldn’t have to keep feeling it.

Kin Society was built by a mother who experienced the sharp edges of that isolation first-hand. Through a devastating pregnancy, a newborn she was completely unprepared for, and a return to work that came far too soon. She looked for a community that truly understood the reality of modern parenthood and couldn’t find one. So she built it.

WHO IT’S FOR

For the everyday heroes of the home

FOR MUMS

Whether you’re six weeks postpartum and barely keeping your head above water, or three years in and finally coming up for air, Kin Society is a space built with you at the centre. Not just your child. You.

We know what it feels like to sit at home and think: this can’t be it. We know how quickly a group chat can go quiet, how hard it is to build genuine friendships when you’re running on no sleep and no time, and how much it matters to have people around you who simply get it.

Kin Society gives you the events, the community, and the support network that early motherhood deserves, but rarely delivers on its own.

FOR DADS

Fatherhood comes with its own particular silence. The expectation that you’ll figure it out. That you won’t need much. That two weeks of paternity leave is enough before the world calls you back.

It isn’t. And you are allowed to say so.

Kin Society creates spaces where dads can connect on their own terms, without the pressure of performing okayness. Think pram walks and pub catch-ups. Backyard BBQs and hands-on workshops. Events that feel like a genuinely good Saturday, not a support group.

Prams & Pints. Toddlers & Tools. Your kind of community.

FOR NANNIES & CARERS

You are at the heart of some of Australia’s most important families. You show up, every single day, for children who are not your own — and you do it with more love and dedication than most people will ever fully appreciate.

 Kin Society sees you.

We’ve built a community where carers can connect with each other, where the children in your care can socialise and play, and where you have the peer network and support that makes the work not just sustainable, but deeply rewarding.

Because the village needs you too.

EVENTS

Events worth showing up for

Every Kin Society event is designed around one simple idea; that the best connections happen when you’re not trying too hard to make them.

No icebreakers, name tags, or agenda that feels like a meeting. Just well-considered events, in beautiful locations, with people who are living the same chapter of life as you.

From morning pram walks along Sydney Harbour, to weekend brunches, dad-focused workshops, nanny catch-ups, and expert evenings with the practitioners who actually make a difference, our events calendar is built around the rhythm of real family life.

Currently based in Sydney. Expanding across Australia throughout 2026.
